Traditionally, the T206 has been labeled to have a production period that is lumped into a 1909-1911 timeframe. Through the work of Scot A. Reader, we have a better idea as to what the T206 release schedule looked like for 8 of the subject series. Using his work, we are opting to give a more precise year of production, instead of using the traditional 1909-1911 terminology. (Inside T206, which was used as a reference, is linked below.)
In September 2014, PSA started labeling the their T206 flips with the series/factory code. We are only tracking the sales of the cards with the proper flips, or the sales of cards with old flips from auction houses where the back of the card can be clearly seen. Because of this, there may be discrepancies with the population and market cap shown on a specific card profile since PSA has the cards with the series/factory codes on the flip under a different set code in their registry.
