2021 Prizm Khabib Nurmagomedov #181 Silver PSA 10

Rate of Growth: 243.14%
Despite being out of the ring for a few years now, many fans are clamoring for him to return the octagon. Regarded as the best UFC fighter in his prime and many put him in the G.O.A.T. discussioon, at 29-0 it is understandable why. A second year UFC Prizm silver PSA 10 selling for just $51, seems fairly low at just a pop 13. Clearly the market agreed and the last sale went for $175 of the UFC legend.
1993 SP Derek Jeter #279 Foil BGS 9.5

Rate of Growth: 109.78%
An iconic card in the baseball market, possibly the most iconic 90s card? We'll leave that for you to decide but what we do know is that it's Jeter's best rookie card. Why the drastic change in price in such a short amount of time? I think there are two very plausible explanations as to why this card jumped 109.78% in one month.
One being the PSA 10 (pop 21) last cleared over $260,000 in August with a peak of $600,000 in April. We are possibly seeing a market correct towards the BGS 9.5 as the PSA 10 is quite literally worth 28 BGS 9.5's.
Second possible explanation being the $15,100 sale had better subgrades than the $5,300 and $7,200 sale.
9/24/2022 - $7,200 - Subgrades: 9.5, 9.5, 9.5, 9
10/5/2022 - $5,300 - Subgrades: 9.5, 9.5, 9.5, 9
10/8/2022 - $15,100 - Subgrades: 10, 9.5, 9.5, 9.5
Despite Becketts illustrious and famed history in the hobby, they currently appear to be the red headed step child of grading companies. I personally believe both explanations are credible and hold weight but its hard to demand the premium a Beckett true gem plus holds over a Beckett min gem.
2019 Prizm Bol Bol #282 Silver PSA 10

Rate of Growth: 66.67%
Three years later and here we are still talking about Bol Bol somehow... Despite a very controversial first few years in the league, it seems the hobby cannot get enough of this guy. Demanding a trade from Denver just to fail his physical once traded to Detroit, found him back in Denver. Traded once again in late January to Boston who then traded him to his current team, the Orlando Magic. Despite all of this drama, the hobby wants Bol Bol to succeed. Bol through two games is averaging 7.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.5 block in just 14 minutes. Apparently between this and pre season, it gave investors enough confidence to get back on board the Bol Bol train.

Zion Williamson...
RJ Barrett...
and Cam Reddish, yes Cam Reddish were the talk of the town during the 2018-19 collegiate season forming a dominant trio at Duke. Unfortunately his career has not started off the way he would have wanted. Finding himself in the Hawks doghouse then being traded to New York playing under a coach who did not want him. With the departure of Alec Burks, it opened the door for Cam to get a role off the bench. To just about everyone's surprise he exploded for 22 points in 28 minutes shooting 9-15 from the field and 3-6 from three. Including the game tying three which sent the Knicks to overtime! As a result, investors flocked to eBay and purchased a Prizm silver PSA 10 for $120.
